Two third-party game developers are pursuing Hollywood-backed games publisher Brash over outstanding payments for title's created for the troubled firm.

LA's 7 Studios believe they are owed 468,000 USD for work on '9', a game adaptation of an upcoming animated film that is being produced by Tim Burton. They also want 113,000 USD for Wii/DS title Six Flags Fun Park.

Slovenian game maker Zootfly, meanwhile, contend that Brash owes them 748,000 USD for work done on a videogame version of hit US TV series Prison Break.

Reports suggest Brash may already have shut up shop, after founder Thomas Tull departed, leaving big money investors unlikely to keep their 400 million USD in the company.
